From Albatross

Albatross is based on a hobby model plane.

It should be used in accordance with local aeromodel regulation (which varies with locations, in New Zealand, see NZMAA). In particular this implies that the aircraft will not be flown out of sight or radio control range. We will do our best to enhance security (hardware override, supervision) but we disclaim any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or injury arising from Albatross use and misuse.
